The Clinic Management is busy organizing a service provider to administer flu vaccines to the residents and staff and as soon as a date and time has been confirmed, a notice will be placed on the board for your information.

Residents are reminded of the clinic’s visiting hours which is from 10:00 am to 11:00 am and from 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm as outside of these times, the staff may be busy attending to the patients and unable to see visitors at the same time, so please respect the above and only visit at the allocated times.

On arrival at the clinic and you do not see a staff member to assist you, please ring the assistance bell on the reception desk as the staff member may be attending to a patient and did not see you.

Residents wishing to order sandwiches are requested to please place their order a day in advance so as staff can be allocated to attend to same.

The trained staff in clinic has access to the entrance keys of every apartment at Caister Lodge in case of emergency and if you have had reason to change your locks, please ensure that the clinic has been provided with a copy of the correct key.

The Caister bus has been repaired and back in use for all the residents transportation needs as per the bus schedule and apologies for the delay in the return thereof due to the spares not being readily available.

The ongoing burden of high electricity and water costs continues to burden the Caister’s finances and residents are requested to be respectful of same and utilize these resources conservatively and switch off all items when not in use.
